Euclidean Rhythm Generator
Generates Euclidean rhythms: k pulses spread as evenly as possible over n steps using the Bjorklund algorithm, the construction Godfried Toussaint showed reproduces dozens of traditional rhythms from around the world. Sliders control the number of steps (2 to 32), pulses and rotation; the pattern is drawn both as a necklace (circle of dots) and a linear strip, written out in [x . . x] notation, and looped through the Web Audio API with a tempo slider and an accented first beat. One-click presets include the Cuban tresillo E(3,8), the cinquillo E(5,8), E(2,5) and E(7,16).

Notes
- The algorithm is Bjorklund's, originally devised for timing neutron accelerators; Godfried Toussaint later showed the same even-distribution idea generates tresillo, cinquillo and many African, Latin and Balkan rhythm patterns.
- Rotation shifts which step the cycle starts on; several famous rhythms are rotations of the same Euclidean necklace.
