Notes
- Rules: fill the grid as a Latin square; a tower is visible from an edge if every tower before it in that line is shorter, and the clue counts the visible towers.
- Every puzzle is verified with a backtracking solver to have exactly one solution before it is shown.
- Difficulty controls how many clues remain: easy shows all edge clues plus a few given cells, hard blanks every clue the solver can prove redundant.
