String Length Inspector
Measures a string every way that matters: Unicode code points, UTF-8 bytes, UTF-16 code units, user-perceived graphemes, plus a per-character breakdown showing each code point and its byte cost. Explains why "👨👩👧" is one grapheme, 5 code points and 18 UTF-8 bytes.

Notes
- Database VARCHAR limits usually count bytes or UTF-16 units, not what users perceive as characters — that mismatch is where truncation bugs come from.
- JavaScript's .length counts UTF-16 code units, so any emoji beyond U+FFFF counts as 2.
