Rubik's Cube Solver & Timer
A full Rubik’s Cube workshop in the browser. The 3D cube turns with your mouse, touch or keyboard using standard notation (R, U, F and friends), and a WCA-style scramble is one click away. Stuck? The built-in solver works out a complete layer-by-layer solution from any position and plays it back move by move, with each stage labelled — cross, first-layer corners, second layer, yellow cross, OLL and PLL — so you learn the method while the cube untangles. The timer module runs proper speedcubing sessions: inspection countdown, spacebar start/stop, and rolling ao5/ao12 averages with your session history kept on your device.
Runs 100% in your browser — simulations are computed locally on your device.

Notes
- Moves use standard cube notation: a letter turns that face clockwise (R = right, U = up, F = front...), an apostrophe marks counter-clockwise and a 2 a double turn.
- The solver follows the beginner’s layer-by-layer method rather than chasing God’s number — solutions run 60–120 moves but every step is human-followable, unlike computer-optimal 20-move solutions.
- Timer averages follow speedcubing convention: ao5 drops the best and worst of the last five solves and averages the middle three.
- Runs 100% in your browser — your words and puzzles never leave your device.
