Base32 / Base58 / Base85 Encoder
Encodes and decodes data in the base alphabets that sit next to Base64: Base32 (RFC 4648, used by TOTP and onion addresses), Base58 (Bitcoin and IPFS, no lookalike characters) and Ascii85/Base85 (PDF and Git binary diffs). Input as text or hex.

Notes
- Base58 drops 0, O, I and l to avoid visual confusion, which is why Bitcoin addresses use it.
- Base32 is case-insensitive and avoids padding ambiguity, making it safe for hostnames and secret keys typed by hand.
