Notes
- Naive "random() % range" arithmetic slightly favours small numbers; this tool uses rejection sampling, so every value in the range is exactly equally likely.
- "Unique" mode is a partial Fisher-Yates shuffle — ideal for lottery-style draws where a number must not repeat.
- Everything runs locally in your browser; nothing you enter or generate is sent to any server.
