ICM & Deal Calculator
Turns tournament chip stacks into prize-money equity with the Independent Chip Model (Malmuth-Harville): each player's probability of every paid finish and the resulting share of the remaining prizes. It then builds two deals — an ICM split and a proportional chip chop — shows the difference per player, and can carve an extra amount out of the pool for whoever ends up winning.

Notes
- ICM assumes every chip is equally likely to be won by anyone: no skill edge, no position, no blind pressure. Short stacks facing the blinds are usually worth slightly less than their ICM number.
- A chip chop splits the pool in proportion to chips, but chips lose value as you accumulate them (the payout ladder caps what 1st place can win), so a chip chop systematically overpays big stacks and underpays short ones — ICM corrects for that.
- Up to 12 players are supported; probabilities are computed exactly with the Malmuth-Harville recursion.
- Gambling math is informational only, not betting advice. Gambling involves risk of loss; only play with money you can afford to lose, and only if you are 18+ (or of legal age where you live).
